This is what the quote means to her:

Trusting in God’s time isn’t easy. We live in a world of instant gratification. When our desires go unfulfilled for too long, it sometimes seems as if God has forgotten about us. Yet, God knows the desires of our hearts better than we do. His time is perfect, even when our trust in Him is not. I pray for the faith to trust in God’s plans, to be patient, and to remember that everything will eventually fall into place in His time.
